T. Thomas Mudry

Tom Mudry is a senior partner practicing in the areas of Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. He represents our clients at all levels of Court in Alberta including the Court of Appeal. Mr. Mudry also practices in the Corporate and Commercial areas of law.

Mr. Mudry has been in practice since 1976 and with the firm since 1986 and acted as principal to four articling students over the years.

Before joining McCaffery Mudry Pritchard, Mr. Mudry held a senior management role in the banking industry.

With a focus on personal injury law, Mr. Mudry advises clients on negligence issues, quantum of damages and structured settlements. Mr. Mudry also advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial law issues.

J. Prescott Pritchard

Scott Pritchard is a senior partner practicing in the areas of Real Estate, both commercial and residential, and Corporate Commercial Law. He advises our clients regarding their rights and obligations contained in agreements of various nature in respect of the Land Titles Act and the Business Corporations Act.

Mr. Pritchard has been with the firm since 1986 and acted as principal to articling students over the years.

Before joining McCaffery Mudry Pritchard, Mr. Pritchard practiced law in Edmonton.

Katherine E. Lindeman

Katherine Lindeman is independent counsel practicing in the area of Wills and Estates. She represents clients who want to draw up Will documents along with Personal Directives and Power of Attorney documents. She also assists clients who have been named executor or administrator of an estate with the documentation necessary to conclude the estate of someone who has passed on.

In 2009, Katherine Lindeman left her position of Senior Regulatory Legal Counsel, where she had worked for seven years, for a large publically traded national corporation. In addition to her law degree, Katherine has an MBA and has held Management roles in the Communications and Banking industry throughout her career.

With a focus on estate law, Mrs. Lindeman advises clients on probate and property issues.
